DOA Policy

IF YOU RECEIVE ANY LIVESTOCK THAT IS DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING: 

All claims must be submitted within a 2 hour window from when package was delivered.

*All of the following are necessary for the claims to be considered: applies to (fish, inverts & corals)

1. Photos must be submitted to SaltwaterSanctuaryLLC@Gmail.com

2. DOA claims sent via Facebook messenger or text are NOT valid.

3. Photos of CORALS must be taken from 2 different angles. (Top view & side view)

4. One video of the boxes condition when arrived and 5 pictures. Four pictures of each side of the box and one of the shipping label.

5. Pictures of items must be SEALED in its original packaging and corals still be on the original frag plug.

6. All photos of items must be placed on a white back ground (styrofoam lid or paper).

7. Photos MUST be clear, all blue photos are NOT accepted. (Only white light accepted)

8. We may require more photos or videos if we can’t tell from photos received.

9. All claims will be approved by owner or management no later than 48 hours of submission. If claims are approved you will be contacted via email to discuss credits.

10. No refunds will be issued. All items will be reviewed and if accepted either partial or full credit will be applied to the next order placed. If credits are applied to customers account, customers have 4 weeks to use credits or they expire.
